The Integrity Rhythmics team program is an invitation-only program designed for gymnasts who are interested in a competitive team structure. Body technique and advanced apparatus handling using rope, hoop, ball, club,s & ribbon are developmed as gymnasts work to refine and perfect their skills for competition. Ballet training is included as an integrated part of their rhythmic gymnastics training.

Integrity Rhythmics offers both recreational classes and a competitive team. Recreational classes meeting once a week for an hour are offered for girls ages 4 & up. These beginner classes are designed to introduce children to rhythmic gymnastics. Classes include flexiblity development, basic gymnastics skills, and the fundamental body movements and apparatus techniques of rhythmic gymnastics using ribbon, hoop, rope, and ball.
